  1. Social Status
Many of us always posting their new gadgets in their social media accounts just to show that they are rich which they thought that if they will post it people can call them a rich. Sometimes buying new gadgets is can sabotage you to save money because you are going to buy the things that you don’t need, things which is nothing, things that can have a low value when the days will past.

  2. Instant Gratification
Some of us, after getting the salary we spend it on the things that we want to reward ourselves for the hard work, effort and stress in our work. We are thinking that we should have relieved our stress and rest for a bit by eating outside, drink, videoke and buy the things we want. We should avoid this habit if we want to improve our financial status.

  3. Wrong Mindset
Sometimes spending our money over to our income will lead us into debt. We always say that “Hmmpp.. May mauutangan naman ako”.  One of the steps in improving your financial status is to get out of debt because debt will give you a lot of stress in result you cannot think what are the things that can help you to have another extra income.
We always say “Hmmp.. Malaki naman ang suweldo ko” which is wrong. If you have a salaray of 50,000 dollar a month and  your expenses is also 50,000 dollar it is nothing because you don’t save money.

  4. Delaying
Start your savings at the very young age can give you a highest savings when you reach you retiring age. We need to discipline our self and have a determination to achieve our financial goals. Always motivate yourself by thinking about your goals in life it will push you to save money. Remember we cannot work forever, we can get old and get weak and the when the time we are old enough no one will hire us because we don’t have enough strength to work. So while you are still young save early, save as much as you can.

Those people who belongs here are those in the system of rat race.

If we want to be successful in life, to achieve our goals, to have a financial freedom kailangan hindi lang tayo  mag stick sa status ng Employee or maging Self Employed.  We should have learned how to be a business owner as well as being an Investor. Sabi nga ng iba “Don’t work for money let money works for you”.

What Is the Difference of Asset and Liabilities?

Forget what you have learned from your previous lesson and accounting. Robert Kyosaki have a new definition of Asset and Liabilities by writing his famous book Rich Dad Poor Dad. According to Robert Kyosaki, Asset means money goes in to your pocket and Liabilities means money that come out to your pocket.
Sometimes we recognize that all things we have are asset but the truth is, it is a liabilities which is money that goes out to our pocket. Examples of asset are Cars, House, Mobile Phones and other things. Cars doesn’t give money in our pocket but it will give you expenses like gas for fuel, mortgage payable, and maintenance meaning it is liabilities because money goes out to your pocket. House is not also call as asset because we pay for electricity bill, water bill, and other utilities. Mobile Phone is not an asset because we pay for internet bill, for loads and for charging. These are the things that we maybe call an asset but we don’t even know that these are liabilities.

Things like this can be an asset if we convert it into an asset. How? For example you own a car, you can use this for your business or you can use this for renting in order to have an income. If you own a house you can rent it so that you can have an income monthly.  If you have Mobile Phone and any other gadgets you can use this for business.

Being a wealthy person doesn’t mean you have all the things like these, a true wealthy person determine by having their own savings, investment, and knowledge. Wealthy people build their own asset first before building liabilities.

Tips on saving Money

2. Make it a habit - parang nanood ng telibisyon o nakikinig ng radio araw-araw.
